Default Integration (Soap API) for ServiceManager

    Hi,

I see on the quite up to date material from HP that there is a box in the picture of SM modules, named "Integration (Soap API)" and this component
is a part of Foundation module.

If I am not wrong, for publishing web services in SC 6.2.x there was a separate license. SC was able to consume web services only.

Does it mean that now "both way" web services are available?
    (since Foundation is obligatory)

    regards
    Artur

    Hi,

in SC6.1 or later you can call 3rd party web services from JavaScript (with doSoapRequest).
In SC6.x you needed a SOAP API license to call a SC web service from a 3rd party application.
You are right, in SM7 this license is contained in this base license you mentioned....
