NT userid needs to be the same as the employee ID in the contacts file, but what is the NT userid that has to be entered in the empoyee ID field in the contacts file?
Is it with or without the domain name, e.g.
"DOMAIN\userid" or "userid"

I believe you can specify in archway.ini (via admin.jsp) that the domain should be stripped off or not.
