SCAuto Configuration / Documentation

HI, i've installed SC Auto and its all working fine and dandy with Service Manager 7.00, however, i don't want the emails being sent to Service Manager to be automatically removed from the MAPI profile inbox. Within User guide documentation its says that this feature is configurable but it doesn't say how to do it.

Does anyone have any ideas? Any other documentation other than the User Guide that comes from the Service Manager product documentation download page would also be very much appreciated.

I updated the size. See if it is big enough now.
