    Default RAD Guide

    Hi,
I'm new in Service Manager and I'm trying to understand RAD applications.
The structure and flows seem to be complex. I know there is a SC4 RAD Guide document but when trying to download it from hp's site it says it is corrupted.
Does any body have a copy or any other good resource about understanding the way rad apps structure is ?.

    Thanks and regards

Trying to understand the details of RAD is not for a beginner. Stick to forms, formatcontrol, links, displayoptions, etc until you're comfortable with them first.

Licenses to edit are very difficult to come by as well.

I agree with glg, not for a beginner... but you don't say *how* new you are. In any event, it is much more advanced material than a new admin or developer needs.

I tried to post but receive a database error on the forum site, but you can grab the SC6.2 version from the http://support.openview.hp.com website.

SC6.2 should be the same as SM7 (or close enough).

Sorry about the error when uploading the pdf. Its because attachments are currently stored in the database. As soon as I have moved the forum to my new server I fill move the attachments out of the database so it should not be a problem.
    Best regards Tommy
