    Default SM7 scheduled alerts

    am trying to configure Service Manager 7.00 to automatically close the incident 1 day after if status=Completed. I've added an alert definition to AlertDef file but it's not working and I can't see in current alerts.

    Probably I'm missing something. Any ideas?

    Please show your Update Info from your AlertDef, this is action fired by scheduler, in your case some expression for closing incident. I automaticaly close incidents via RAD script via common scheduler.
