Default Template creation form is empty

Hi, I think I did something wrong. We seem to have lost the module names for creating new templates. When launching the Tailoring\templates form it comes up empty. I check the alert log and found the folling entry
"RTE I Mapping-3-Object,supportTemplates, SQL Query incomplete because field (supportTemplates) not mapped in file (Object) ; user(FALCON), application(wizard.run), panel(init.expr)"

    Any thoughts on whats missing.
    Thanks

Hi FoxBlue, do you have the "Create Template" added to your Service Desk, Incident and Change Profiles? I was having the same issue. I didn't realize you needed to have the "Create Template" option checked off in order to see any modules in the Templates module.

Yes we did. The problem turned out to be we had form archiving turned on. There is a java script that returns the listing. We found the script is defined to return the first five only...This results in blanks due to the archiving.
    The script library is TemplateFilter.

    Thanks
