SM7 - Auto populate folder field

Hi all,

I need to auto populate the folder field.

I've configured the security folders and also include them in the roles, profiles and users. When I use another user with this folder feature configured, the folder field in the form only displays one value (the one configured for that user). So, when this user uses any form with the folder field included, that field should be auto populated with the corresponding value.

For the record, I'm using the $L.tableAccess.folders variable in the folder field included in the form.

You can add a format control calculation on initial display to default the Folder value to that of the logged in user. Because a user could potentially have access to multiple Folders, you should most likely set the default folder by referencing the default folder identified in the operator record. (I'm not on a machine with SM installed right now, so I can't look up the expression).
