Default Outgoing Emails from ServiceCenter with Attachments

    Hi

did anybody get outgoing Email with Attachments from ServiceCenter with Connect!IT up and running?

There's no documentation, somebody told me that there should be a way, maybe some (Ex)-Peregrino's know how it works?

    Many thanks in advance!

    Regards from Germany

    Hello Lars,

I have been working about this the last time with Lotus Notes. The issue was to get call generated from E-mail and enclosing attachments where the call agent is supposed to find details information about a request or whatever... I have been testing SC Auto mail after recommandation of Peregrine that should work with SC 4.x and SC Auto 4.x. But I have not been able to get Attachment coming in and I has with scauto mail no support of german characters. So I moved to Connect It 3.0.1. With pmo there was no problem, but only with the scenario "Mail fetch In" with Lotus Notes. With smin I has to wait about 2 innoficial builds from Peregrine and a lot of workaround to get call enclosing attachment. Also without direct and tight support to peregrine, you can forget it... Or try with the inexistent documentation. I have still some problem, but globaly it works now...
    Cheers

Maybe You could share what You have working and then perhaps we can all solve the remaining problems together. Just a thought.

    Hello Tommy,

I was unfortunately right in the possition of trying scenarios and reporting processing errors... To solve the problem, as I said, I became to the official release of CIT 3.0.1 two suplemmental builds, ant they contained the patchs for this problem (will be in the next release surely). So I had just to modify a little the scdb.cfg and as usually apply the maps. So I cannot share many about this. But I will try to answer any of your question, as far as I can, if you have some...
