Run RAD application before closing form

Can i run RAD application after open form and before close form?

You need to be more specific as to what you want to do. RAD applications are runnning all the time.

I want start clock after open interaction form and stop clock before close interaction form.
I need track operator time option for interaction.

Have you looked at the SM7 Help Server? Try searching for "How do I start or stop a clock from format control?" as a place to start.

Hi,

As we have approximatively the same need, I did it by using Display Option (see screen shot).
The little difference come from our need to start the clock on each activity.
The operator must click on dedicated button for this. Saving the incident stop the clock. So you will probably have to include the start process (rad call) directly in the process called during the openning (you have a sample of this for standard clock in this process).
