Importing text archive

Hi everyone, I got a problem, when I try to import into the producttype table, an archive delimited with semicolons appears a message that says

-- No records selected from formatctrl file using query :file name= "producttype" Or a field is invalid --

what should I do?

Hi, we do it and it's working well ... Don't take care of the first message on formatctrl as you don't use it... but check your data ... if you are using standard Import functionnality, have a look on Test Data tabs.
