Default Manking feedback mandatory in SM7

    Hi All,

We have a feedback box in incident mgmt. After the call is resolved the user who has logged the call enters feedback and closes the call.

If the user has not entered feedbacks for last three calls then he should not be allowed to create a new call.

How can we accomplish this task? Is it possible to do using a query in startup menu?

    Thankx in Advance,
    hirupras.

I would say you store the current feedback number in the operator record on the save of a call in a format control post. Set the user conditions for buttons to lockdown based on the feedback on the operator record. Reset the feedback number with a format control calculation on every call with feedback for that operator.

There might be a more efficient way to do this query though. No matter what you do, there are some extra queries to make.
