ED --> uCMDB --> SM7 integration Senario help Required

Hi ALL,

Has any one worked on a senario where the data from ED 2.x is to be imported into UCMDB. Then some kind of User to Asset mapping to be done in UCMDB. After this is done this data is to be used in SM7 for CI purpose.

I have no Idea how will this work. Is anyone aware how UCMDB works and how mapping can be done in UCMDB??

Also how can this mapped data be used by SM7??

Mapping is generally a function of the MAM / DDM platform (part of BAC) - and tied together in the backend via ucmdb via CIs. (other environments interacting in this area are CCM, SC, OVO, NNM)
