Default Is There Any Get-Answers Troubleshooting Documentation Available?

    Hi All,

Does anyone know if there is any Get-Answers Troubleshooting Documentation available? I have been searching the HP Support website and have not been able to find anything.

I know that it has been superseded since ServiceCenter 6.2+ but does the HP Support website cater for any legacy products?

Any assistance will be much appreciated

They still have plenty of info on the Openview Support site:

    http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/search

You'll need a HP ID to login.

Yes we need a HP ID ,that's true.
But is it free ie: other than just registering is there some other details we need to give ?

Because I had registered but not able to access the contents of the site.
This is the message I got on trying to login.

    Solution

You do not have any support contracts in your HP Passport profile.

    Add a contract below.

Support contract is invalid (e.g. hardware contract)

Review your support contracts or initiate a contract investigation.

    Support contract has expired.

Review your support contracts or contact HP sales for assistance.

    Contract identifier was entered incorrectly.

    Add a contract below.

Support contract level is insufficient to access the page.

Contact HP sales to obtain a higher level support contract.

    Can you help out ?
