SM 7 Integration using web services with dynamic values

Hi All,

I am new to interface area. Anybody aware of integration of SM7 with external application. We are able to create incidents from B2B to SM7, however we can publish the incident details at the web server from SM7. we are not able to dynamically publish the details whenever the incidents are getting created. Any idea will greatly be appreciated...

personally - I don't understand what you mean. It would help if you could be more detailed and explained it well.

The retrieving details of incident works. Write more - what do you use for integration, is there any warnings.

You can call script.execute in a subroutine.
