    Default Regional office closings

I learned today that one of Peregrine's regional offices in our area seems to have closed. Since we were looking into training, it now appears that our closest options for this are in San Diego or Chicago. I suppose this is a result of Peregrine suffering a major stock plummett and being delisted from the NASDAQ.

Anyone had similar happenings in or outside the US?

The nordic office in Denmark will practically close down, no support and only a few sales people will be present.

Has anyone considered the support/maintenance fee? I mean, we have an agreement about support and maintenance. But what happens to that agreement if they close down support sites? How will this affect us as customers?

    What do you think?

Good point, and I am sure my manager will have that in mind in future discussions with Peregrine.
