We are currently facing some issues while parsing the date field at the wsdl ( IncidentManagement.wsdl ), while sendiing SOAP messages from HP SM to B2B at Tomcat. Whenever we send a date field at the WSDL, we get an exception at the Tomcat server. We tried to format the date in different orders. This format throws an exception at the tomcat server (Unparsable date format).

Just to be sure on what you're receiving from SM:
1. check the global date format
2. check the date format set for operator you're connecting with

Try looking at the actual SOAP req/resp (SC parameter "debughttp"), this helps a lot.
