Hello,

Does anybody have an information about programming the SCAuto event maps? What is the logic of this programming? For example, if I create one more field in the interaction form, how could I show in this map, that some kind of information should go in there whenever smin event in service manager is generated and an interaction through mail is created (for example, "true" should go to the email.entry field which I have created). I really confused with this stuff. Any help would be really appreciated.
