Default sm -reportlic saying different things on solaris and windows service manager systems

    Hello all,

I downloaded licenses which, when executing in windows command "sm -reportlic", says the fallowing:

Why the reportlic says different things when putting on different environments? What partner licenses I should put on solaris system to get the SCAuto working? All ideas and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance

Report it to HP. The license should be the same regardless of platform.

Have you tried if it works? I have in trhe past seen that something not listed or listed incorrectly is licensed.
    Best regards Tommy

Thanks tommy for suggestions and ideas. I've already reported this issue to hp. Still waiting for a clue or an idea. I tried to start SCAuto on windows and on Solaris. On windows it worked fine. On solaris when I tried to start this tool, I get an error about missing SCAuto license. I can't even imagine where could be the problem.

HP Support gave me the advice how to solve this problem and now "sm -reportlic" shows the same things in Solaris and in windows. Here is a tip from hp:

1 - Your reportlic in Solaris is not correct and in SM 7.01053 it should be (SCAUTO for email enable....). If you have applied the 7.01 patch over a 7.00 install then look in your RUN/lib directory for 7.00 and 7.01 jar files. You should remove the 7.00 jar files. The JVM will load all the jar files in this directory (both the 7.00 and 7.01) and it will end up using the 7.00 java code which is where the license is maintained.

Thank you tommy for trying to help me.
