Default Looking for working example of Web Services Attachment Code

Hi...I am looking for a working example of web services code that adds an attachment to either an interaction or incident in SM7. I am willing to trade some pretty cool Service Manager 7 scripts for it.

    Thanks

    Hello,

I'm also interested in such examples. Whatever I try I can not get to work. I see every detail about the attachments (number, name, length) but they are never added to the incidents.

    Thx,
    Geert

    Good news,

HP supplied a new unl file to me that contains a modified SOAP scriptlibrary. With the newly generated coded from the wsdl and the example code that is available in the Web Services Best Practices document I was able to transfer attachments from one SC to another.

They didn't provide a SCR number but apparently they found the solution in their knowledgebase. The file I got was named SOAP_lib_update.unl

Note: This works fine for the SC wsdl's but the new SOAP libary now fails to import another external wsdl + xsd files I have to use. The new lib is very picky about duplicate namespace prefixes and objects that have the same name as a message and it produces code that can no longer be used while the old library did not have that problem and produced code that can be used.
The wsdl and xsd's are produced by xmlspy so I don't believe the problem lies here. I have a workaround available so I'm not to worried about this yet.

    Hey, that's some good news!
Can you try making a diff file between standard 6.2 SOAP lib and the one you've got?

What if I have a WebService(Useing DotNetSample from SM and SC) and I want to create an Incident with an attachment?

Since the dotnetsample from SC had the possibility to send attachments(in theory at least) I tried to alter the code from DIME to MTOM but still haven't had success.

    Any Help?
