Default SM7 CMDB and Web Services

Has anyone tried to load and maintain their SM7 CMDB using web services instead of Connect-IT? Can anyone provide some insight/code samples for creating and breaking CI relationships?

Haven't used it specifically for CMDB but see no reason for it not to work.
It all boils down to the pressure you get from "the Business" on quality/quantity of CMDB data.
If this is small CMDB environment this could work but I'd really take CIT into consideration if it was the other case.

    ... meaning, exactly, what?

Maybe I'm missing something in the context but isn't this a case of rather trivial update of array of characters in a record (cirelationship)?

I'd like to help you but I'm afraid you need to be more specific.
No one is going to write a whole essay on this subject I'm afraid.

I've done some additional "playing around" and seem to have it working after some initial administrative issues. Mateuszk, you are correct, the fundamentals of using web services for config data did turn out to be rather simple after you have the tables, data elements, and wsdls all set up correctly.
