Knowlix and Crystal Reports. HOW TO DO IT.

Hi,

Does anyone know how to connect to Knowlix with Crystal Reports so that someone can run reports on the Knowledge Base information in Knowlix?

We are running Knowlix version 4.6.1.7 And we found that it is only compatible with Crystal Reports version 7. If you have version seven, the easiest way that we have found is to copy a existing report and then make your changes to it. Once you have made the changes we had to move the report to our Knowlix server and put it in the reports folder and then we were able to run them using an author client. Hope this helps. :roll:
