Section for ESS/SST Webtier

Because Getit/OAA is replaced by ESS/SST Webtier I suggest an own section.

I, on the other hand, find it rather unnecessary.
ESS isn't really a different product from the SC/SM clients, just a variation of WebClient
and most of the issues/customization is similar.

I have not realy seen ess but plan to work with it soon. Where can I get information on how to Tailor ess or can you give a little detail of where to go to tailor it. I have tailored in service center. Does ess have a similar way in? Do you have to sign in to ess to tailor it? Can you help me out please

ess is just some different forms. Most start with ESS. The menu is ESSSM.
