Federated CMDB tab missing

Hi All,
Today i installed the uCMDB ver 7.0, and later installed the new Service Pack to upgrade to uCMDB ver 7.01

And when i look in the http://localhost:8080/ucmdb

The Federated CMDB tab is missing.. this is critical to add the ServiceDesk Adapter for uCMDB SM integration..

Has anybody faced this issue before?

check that you have the appropriate license .xml file still installed.
