Updating and closing incidents

Hi everyone, by chance any one has implemented WS in VB .net to update and close tickets?, any consideration I should have?, any code sample can you share with me?

I know it's been a long time since you posted your question. How are you doing with your WebServices? I have a VB.net program that I have been playing with that will update and close incident tickets. The only issue I have is the Historic Activity record that is created isn't complete. Did you notice this?
