I am trying to set up Get.Answers. When I use my knowledge base from Knowlix that is on a different server, I can not see the database(when doing a browse or searching for knowledge). If I put the nfo database on the same server, it works fine. I do not want to make a copy of the knowledgebase onto the getit server. I only want to maintain it on the Knowlix server. Has anyone run into this and how did you get around the problem.
