Hi everyone,

We need to get Attachments from Interactions in Service Manager 7. We have WSDL working, could get anything from Interactions but not Attachments.

In the “Best practices for Publishing and Consuming Web Services with Service Manager" HP document (page 84) it is said that we could get the attachments with the Incident record (in the example it's an Incident), and then transform it into Base-64 and send it to the consuming app...

That sounds great to me, but how can we get the Attachment Data from it? I could get length, name of the file, could see the number of attachments, but not the data to transform into Base-64...

Could anyone help in this please?
