Okay. I havent' worked in scauto in quite sometime so this may be a simple question. I am trying to close incidents through an incoming email using the event pmc. In scauto, I have added it to the event.ini and added it's map to the folder scauto/mail/eventmap/tosc/problem folder. I've also made sure the input event record in sc is set to sync. I've checked my globabl lists and pmc is in the correct global list. When the email is pulled into the event in table, it always appears as an email event and not a pmc event so it doesn't process. What am I forgetting?
