    for those of you that are interested in this - here is my main menu for the helpdesk staff.

    That is a really good idea.

    But how do You ensure that the graphs are updated? When I last worked with graphs they where only updated (even though the stored queries had run) on the main menu if the user logged off and on again - not very efficient.

    in version 5.0 the graphs are updated automatically (i checked and it works )

    Global message is that the SysBulitin? And users can add msg themselves?

    Whats behind "Question tree" ?

    hi.. the global message is something i created myself because we could not use the existing sysbulletin to our purpose... our users wanted all the sysbulletins on the mainmenu with all the text... (the normal builtin sysbulletin can not do that)

    the button Question Tree should not be called Question Tree but instead FAQ-Control (to control mandatory questions when creating a ticket).

    Not all users has access to FAQ-Control and Global messages.
