Default how to find user's destop version

We have a lot of user that spread all over the place. They are using destop version. Is there a way to tell which version they are using? any file that I need to look into? I can look in the log file, but that it is too much work by using search. There got to be a table somewhere to make the job easier. Thanks in advance

I am trying to do a Crystal Report. The log file spit out the data. If I only know what table that has field correspond to the log file, then everything will be easier  . Has anyone find it yet?

You can't get to that information from Crystal report. The data from sc.log is not stored internally in SC.
