Where is 'group assigned' from incident reports stored?

I'm using servicecenter 4.1 and was recently asked to create a report in crystal reports. I was not provided any information regarding the database. Normally I would at least have an ERD to view, but in this case I have nothing but tables and fields that mean nothing to me.

I've determined that the infromation I need is in the problemm1 table. What I'm trying to do is filter the report based on the 'group assigned' which you'd normally see in the page list view or witihin the incident in servicecenter. If anyone could point me to the field that stores this information, it would be greatly appreciated. An ERD would be even better!

Depending on the amount of development, an standard ERD is not going to help you. Sorry.

As to field info, if you can see the data in a form, you can use "help on field" to show the correct field name (database name).
