When updating an incident through web services, all the updates are showing up as "External Update". Is there a way to choose the activity type in the IncidentManagement.wsdl? We're not able to find it.

When updating an incident through web services, all the updates are showing up as "External Update". Is there a way to choose the activity type in the IncidentManagement.wsdl? We're not able to find it.
I would say it is table activityactions for probsummary and line:
External Update
change the condition (to false) and you will see if this is it .

This is set in the expressions of the extaccess table I believe.
