web services issue

Hi,
We are using web services integrated with SC 6.2 through wsdl.It is bidirectional.
When someone create ticket from legacy website, it give information like location,phoneno,fullname in SC interaction and incident but when someone create a interaction in SC, then it will create a ticket in legact application but the problem is that it is not showing location and phoneno.We want location, phone number also populated in ticket.
Any ideas, how it can be done?
