Hello,

I'm trying to configure contact-based authentication for a long time now, and I have had lots of help from people here, but I still have 1 problem remaining: I'm able to log through in get.it automatically after logging in to NT, and to create tickets, but when i want to see the status of these tickets, I get the message "no incident tickets found". In SC 4, these incident tickets do exist, but without contact information.
What an I doing wrong?
