File Menu option Client side load/unload

Can anyone tell me what the function of the option "Client side load/unload" is under the File menu on SC express clients? I found where it lists the different options under the file menu in the user guide, however the above option is not listed there.

When this option is not selected and you load or unload files from SC, eg. using path c:\xxx.unl, ServiceCenter will unload to the drive c:\ on the ServiceCenter SERVER.
If "Client side load/unload" is selected, SC will use your local PC C: drive.
