Is possible with SCauto to update and close a ticket via email, I need this because I have to create incidents from Service Desk to Service Manager and update the ticket on both platforms.
In case this is not possible, I suggest that solution.

It is possible to both update and close a ticket via email using SCAuto. The SC_Type would be pmu for update and pmc for close.
