I need a HP ServiceCentre Consultant to join a large project in Switzerland.
The processes in scope are Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Service Level Management and Request Fulfilment. The person must have an in depth, practical understanding of what it takes to implement these processes and associated performance measurements into Peregrine (or HP) ServiceCentre and a working knowledge of the HP UCMDB. Ideal candidates would have implemented these processes in HP Service Manager 7. The role is to interface between process design and the tool development group to ensure the two are aligned (you can view it as similar to a Business Analyst role).
Duration: 6 months
Hourly Rate: 70 CHF a/i p/hr
