Sending variables using WSDL

sorry if my question is stupid but is it possible to send variable thought a WSDL to use it in SM ?
Because it run a process. If i want to use a standard process, some of them use local variables like $pmc.actions. i want to know if we can initialize this kind of variable thought WS

And one question more, what the expression tab in extaccess file is for ?

Hello,
Web Services only sends data, so concepts of "fields" and "variables" is not relevant. You are just sending data and telling SC/SM and the external application where to put that data.

Can you be a little more specific on what you are trying to do?

The expressions on the extaccess tab are run as the web service request comes in and before it calls the Doc engine Processes.
