I'm probably missing the obvious, but I am unable to find a place to search the list of 'open' SCR's. I'd love to be able to check if my problem is 'known' before I waste time on the phone with Peregrine Support.
I can find all the 'completed' SCR's in the Service Center section, and I can see any enhancement requests that I personally opened in the on-line services section.
Maybe they're afraid to let the customers see all their problems? :wink:
