I placed a call to Peregrine support. As far as they know, they are still operational. They are aware that the sites are down, and are working to restore them.
I would imagine they'll have a lot of panic calls until it's fixed!

My manager had a meeting today with Peregrine and I can say this much. Should Peregrine go bust someone WILL continue both support and development. But from what my manager heard it is not likely that Peregrine go bust.
I hate to ask this, but how can you be so sure that support would continue ?
Good to know. Still, how long would support continue ? TSD support went on for a while, but it's ending, we might be looking at the same type of situation, right ?
I'd think someone would be willing to support for a while and milk existing service contracts.... but would someone really want to get involved in the entire bankruptcy procedure to buy the system and to continue development ?
Tommy has a good point - if Peregrine goes under their partners could easily step in and handle the support side of things. We are in such a situation - our partner who sold us ServiceCenter offers extensive support, but on occasion even they get stumped and have had to place a call directly to Peregrine.
Both sites are now back up.
hi,
just for your information
we are beeing offered support from two partners and peregrine support in england instead of the regional support in denmark because the support closes here.
