Returning an acknowledgement

Hi all,

I have a situation where I wish SM7 to return an acknoledgement after receiving a WSDL request to create an Interaction.

Is this something that can be done via Web Services or would I have to go down the eventout route?

Appreciate any replies.

This is standard, the response will hold the details of the interaction. Checkout the definition in the "CreateInteractionResponse" or similar entry in the wsdl.
