    All I know is that it is possible. I think all the way back to A8909 is supported, but do not take my word for it.

    go to the servicecenter section on the support web, and under application upgrades you will find a shurtcut:

    ServiceCenter A9802 and later to SC5 Application Upgrade - English Only (9,563KB)
