We are using SCAuto Mail 4.02 with SM7.10, sometimes when SM7.10 send out notifications, user might receive 2 copies of the same email: first being an incomplete email, the second being the complete one. By reading the log, everything looks normal.
Someone suggested that the tab character might be the cause, but many of the tickets have the tab characters in them, and not all are having this problem. Also, this problem doesnt always happen, in fact it only happen once a while.
Has anyone experienced similar things before? Any hints?
