Desperately need advise from RedHat Linux expert

I am trying to move this site from a windows 2000 werver running IIS to a Linux RedHat server running Apache.

I have the server up and running and everything works perfect when I access the site via lan. But when I access from outside the index.php page take 190 seconds to load - every time. But all other pages load very fast???

I know it is not my router because, well You judge - the server from which this text has been transmitted sits behind the same router.

Kyle Obear and I have been trying several things to figure out why this is happening but we have not figured it out yet.

So I desperately need advice on what can be the cause of this.

This is strange. After I posted above I have upgraded the linux server from RedHat 7.3 to 8 and now it seems like the problem has disapeared.
