Start SCAuto Mail Failed

Hello

I'm using Service Manager 7.11 and i want to interface it with SCAuto Mail.
I'm using the latest version of SCAuto 4.0.2.

I'm on a VMWare XP English SP3.
I'm using the administrator account.

On my outlook 2003, i configure 1 email account.
My Profile MAPI if it's right is Outlook. Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles ..

so my scmapi.ini looks like following :

events:1
usemaps:1
event_map_dir:EventMap
server:localhost.12680
profile:Outlook
log:scmapi.log

(on my sm.cfg, i started the listener sm -scautolistener:12680 cause the legacyIntegration is already on the 12690 port)

so now, on the service, i want to start SCAuto Application Mail but it didn't work because it says that MAPI Log failed ...

I don't know why ...
I read the document about how to install SCAuto.
It says go on the service, on properties and select the right account .. but i only can choose Administrator and the password is blank. and when i start it, that said login data failured..

Could someone help me to understand where is the error ?

unless you're doing 2 way, MAPI is more of a pain then it's worth. try scsmtp

Hi Experts,

I have a problem with scauto 4.0.2. I install it in spécific directory and it works fine with Service Center 6.2.7 when i start it alone. I copy the files scmapi.ini, scauto.dll, scmapi.cfg, scmapi.exe in the RUN directory.
I have modified the sc.cfg (i add this parameter "scmapi.exe") to start SCMapi when sc start.
When i start sc i have this error message in the scmapi.log:
