Thread: Ucmdb 7.00 vm

Hope all is well, I am having issues with the services under the Nanny Status Services: The only ones that loads are: domain_manager, message_broker & meruryAS. Two services are missing: CMDB and mam. All the HAC Services load fine---not sure if am missing something here; VM: Server 2003 Enterprise Edition, SQL 2005 installed, Java 5.0.143, std ucmdb license / tried the advanced one too. Uninstalled and re-installed numerous times: using different java versions, different vm's, different installation files, please help-- as I am not winning

Read the relevant installation/deployment doc for your uCMDB version and follow it during the installation, it normally works fine if you follow the doc.
Normally its the Java version which is the cause for these kind of problems, so get the right Java version for your uCMDB version.
Try to run the Server config wizard again after stopping the uCMDB server.
