Question Calling a HP SM Web Service calls what exactly?

I was wondering what Process is called in HP SM when I call a CreateIncidentRequest.
In the extaccess table you have "Create" what is this calling inside HP SM?

I would like to know the Processes being called for all tables and actions that are important. Example:
    ("incident","probsummary","cm3r","cm3t","rootcause ")

    Thank you.

The create ias, in extaccess, associated to an Action. This Action is (typically) defined in the State record, and most likely also matches up with a displayoption calling that same action.

Can I make the call in the state Web Service Only? By putting some kind of condition that knows its a webservice?
Maybe efecting a variable in the extaccess expressions?

Yes. The is a variable (I think $L.soap) that is true if coming in via a soap call - and you can use that in the DocEng. Not 100% on the variable name though...

Use it in the Document Engine (States) correct?

    Thank you
