    Default ScAuto for Emails

    Have installed and configured SCAuto. All working fine when I run the scmapi.exe However, I am not able to run the SCAuto as service. which dies after trying for 3 times.

    03/23/2010 00:23:02 pid (3920)(4620) The SCAutomate Mail service is stopping..
    03/23/2010 00:23:02 pid (3920)(4620) The SCAutomate Mail service failed to start or stopped with error 911

    When I run the scmapi.exe it extracts the records from eventout and says mail sent, however I need to open MS outlook and click the Send receive there to finally send them.

    What account are you using to start the SCAuto service? My experience has always been that you need to use the same User ID / Password combination that was outlined in the scmapi.ini file, and make certain that ID has the proper access needed for the mailbox.
