empty rows appear in Record Lists

Hi! We have installed ServiceCenter 4.0.9, Express with Windows 2000. Our Hotline does have big screens with the screen resolutin 1280 by 1024 pixels(so they have nice small icons and fonts). The problem now is, in Record Lists they have empty rows BETWEEN the others. In longer Record Lists, they even need to scroll down to see all of the contents.
Strange is, this problem does not occure in every Record List(but unfortunately it does in one of the most used!) If the screen resolution is changed to 1024 by 786 pixels the empty rows do not appear at all(but then the big screens for the Hotline make no sense - because the icons and fonts are big and they need to scroll down while doing remote support). We also tried out with minimize and maximize - and we had the problem already with NT 4 clients(lucky they all are gone now...) Bea :-?

we had the same problem with some customers , a incident is still open with peregrine support ... try a newer client version
