Hi,

I tries again with my problem.

I would like to do an import from IDD to ICM (serviceCenter).
Everithing is all right when I just do an adding. But when I want to update a device I can't update the field contact.name.

I use a format control on my eventin devicepc.
I force my field with the value "toto" in adding. No problem in this fact.
But it's not possible to update my field with a new import !!!!

Who can help me ??!!
