If you look in the attachment you should be able to install Dashboard and get it up and running.

Do you have any more information about Dashboard? Is it a seperately licensed product, or an add-in to SC?
Well You don't think Peregrine will give You this for free do You ? 8)
It is part of the new concept ServiceCenter essentials. We have not checked prices yet. It should be possible to in parts of the essentials if You don't want everything.
It is a part of Peregrines OAA technology pointing to your Servicecenter database as the backend. According to the documentation (as far as I remember) you shall load 5 or 6 unload files into SC so you are able to retrieve the data. You shall also create two capability words called dashboard.users and dashboard.admin. If you look in the OAA Admin (under settings) part you will discover a pointer to the download of the Adobe SVG viewer so you can see the graphical data. You also need to use Internet Explorer 5.5 SP3 or higher and it shall be with a full installation of of IE and not a minimal.
No, this is not for free and take some minutes to see the stuff below and you should get an indication about what it is.
The Peregrine Dashboard provides you with information about the performance of your organization by displaying data of your organization as charts. The following chart types are available from the Dashboard:
· Bar
· Multi-bar
· Stacked-bar
· Line
· Multi-line
· Pie
· Gauge
Charts are based on data sets, database data that has been configured by your system administrator so that the data can be used for charting. The Dashboard uses ServiceCenter data or data from any database that is Java Database Connectivity (JDBC)-compliant. For example, if your system administrator has configured a JDBC data source, you can create charts using data from Oracle, MySQL, and Microsoft Access.
You can create charts from data sets your system administrator provides. You can then add them to your Dashboard. You can also edit or delete charts you have created. You can also add charts to your Dashboard that your system administrator has created, and charts from Service Center.
You can personalize your Dashboard by displaying only charts that are of interest to you. You can also change how charts are laid out on your Dashboard. You can specify which column on the Dashboard the charts appear, and the order within the column itself. You can also change the width of a column, and maximize and minimize a chart.
You can also review details about the data on which the chart depends. Clicking a data point on a chart displays a table of detailed data. This data can also be exported to a text file. You can perform analysis on the data using Microsoft Excel or other analytical tool.
Admitted, this looks cool
Hope my answer help you :P
A part of SC Essientials, I don't have a clue. Ask Nordic Support, oops sorry, they are closed down. Seperate product, yes I guess so, I would say it is a of the Peregrine OAA product line.

I know that it's part of ServiceCenter 5 Essentials. ServiceCenter Essentials is a new license model. It consists of:
Service Management
Incident Management
Inventory Management
Java Client
Get-Services
Xanadu Express Discovery (Inventory Discovery only Win2000/XP and so on)
Connect!It
SCAuto Email, Fax, Pager (Ingoing/Outgoing)
Dashboard
SCAuto SDK (1 Interface)
I hope I haven't forgotten one..
Therefore you pay one price per 5 User and you have the option to buy additional Modules (Change, SLA, etc.) but only as much as you need.
Example:
100 Users Essentials
5 Users Request Management
10 Users Change Management
In fact, if you compare the prices for a small Help Desk Solution that only uses Service and Incident Management and nothing else, the prices have risen extremly.
You hit the nail Lars, jolly good answer, Tommy this forum is perfect, see how we share information.
